• All documents must be in English, translated to English, or in an official Swiss language.
• One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Photo glued on application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.

• Proof of accommodation for each night as per the entire intended trip in Schengen (for example confirmed hotel reservation(s), copy of rental contract or proof of residential property).

• During the visa processing period, passport withdrawal is not permitted.
• The Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi reserves the right to request additional supporting documents and/or a personal interview.
• Visa fee: AED 500 per person (payable at the Consulate).
• Visa processing time: 15 working days.

Refunds are based on the number of days prior to your booked departure date when the cancellation request is received. Cancellation charges are as follows:

• 45 days or more before departure: 30% of the holiday amount is non-refundable, plus full cancellation charges for non-refundable tickets.
• 44 to 31 days before departure: 45% of the holiday cost.
• 30 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the holiday cost.
• 14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Rates are subject to availability. The above is a quotation only, and no booking has been made yet.
• Peak season surcharges may apply on selected travel dates.
• The itinerary is subject to change or be swapped without prior notice.
• The third person sharing a room will be provided with an extra mattress or rollaway bed.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused services or sightseeing.
• In the event that the mentioned hotels are unavailable, similar-category alternative accommodations will be arranged.
• Meals and services not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
• Clients are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining all required travel and visa documents.

• Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that their passport meets all travel requirements.
• Missed or delayed flights may result in itinerary changes, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the client.
• Hotel check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
• Hotel check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
