• All documents must be in English, translated into English, or issued in one of the official Swiss languages. Recent Passport Photograph
• One recent passport-size photograph (not older than 6 months), sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with a light background. The photo must be glued to the application form. Head coverings are not permitted, except for religious reasons. Passport
• Original passport with sufficient validity and blank pages. Proof of Accommodation
• Proof of accommodation for every night of your entire intended stay in the Schengen area (e.g., confirmed hotel reservations, rental agreement, or proof of residential property). Flight Reservation
• Copy of flight reservation, including the return flight. Travel Insurance
• Valid travel insurance covering the entire Schengen stay. Proof of Financial Means
• Personal bank statements showing transactions for the last 3 months, or other verifiable evidence of sufficient financial means to cover your stay. Employment Documents
• Company letter from your employer and a valid trade license.
• For dependents (spouse/children): NOC letter from the sponsor. Residence Permit
• UAE or Bahrain residence permit must be valid for at least 3 months after the intended departure date from the Schengen States. Household Employees
• Letter from the employer/sponsor.

• During the visa processing time, no passport withdrawal is possible
• The Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi reserves the right to ask for additional supporting documents and/or a personal interview

Visa fee: AED 500 per person to be paid at the Consulate Processing time : 15 working days 

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

The itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice.The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away. There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.

*Please note: Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay .It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel .Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise .Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
