• The package is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• SIC airport transfers are available only for selected 4-star and 5-star hotels. Pick-up and drop-off services may not be available for all hotels.
• SIC tours operate on shared transfers; pick-up will be from designated hotels within the booked itinerary.
• Drop-offs will be at common points, usually near or in train stations.
• All rooms and offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates for single, triple, or quad occupancy may vary and are available upon request.
• Additional passenger options are subject to availability.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment as per booking terms.
• All rates are per person on a double-sharing basis unless otherwise stated.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00–15:00 hours and check-out time is 11:00–12:00 hours, depending on the hotel.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Hotels may require a refundable security deposit upon check-in, depending on their policy. Any incidental charges such as minibar usage, damages, early check-in, or late check-out will be deducted from the deposit.

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all health, passport, and visa requirements of the destination country. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of return. Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required re-entry permits before travel. All travel documents must be valid, accurate, and complete prior to departure. Happy Journey Travel and Tours LLC is not responsible for any inability to travel due to passport or visa issues. The company is also not liable for any last-minute changes in visa regulations or entry requirements imposed by authorities.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond control, including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government regulations. No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services, including air tickets. The cancellation policy applies as per the booking terms and conditions from the date of initial booking.
