Foreign nationals holding a standard UAE residence visa are required to obtain a pre-arranged e-Visa through the official Albanian

This requirement does not apply to:

• Holders of a valid 10-year UAE Residence Permit (Golden Visa).
• Passengers holding a valid multiple-entry visa issued by the United States, provided the visa has been used at least once to enter the USA. Eligible travelers may stay in Albania for up to 90 days.
• Passengers holding a valid multiple-entry visa issued by the United Kingdom, provided the visa has been used at least once to enter the UK. Eligible travelers may stay in Albania for up to 90 days.
• Passengers holding a valid multiple-entry Schengen C Visa issued by a Schengen Member State, provided the visa has been used at least once to enter the Schengen Area. Eligible travelers may stay in Albania for up to 90 days.

Health Requirements

All passengers entering Albania, except children under 6 years of age, must present one of the following:

• A vaccination certificate confirming that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arrival; or
• A negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours before arrival; or
• A negative rapid antigen test result taken within 48 hours before arrival.

• All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The advertised rates are not valid during Christmas, New Year, public holidays, special events, peak seasons, or blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply during these periods.
• All rooms, services, and promotional offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates for single, triple, or quad occupancy may vary and can be provided upon request. Additional passenger options are subject to availability.
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.
• All quoted rates are based on per person sharing a double/twin room unless otherwise specified.
• Standard hotel check-in time is between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, while check-out time is between 11:00 and 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the passport, visa, and entry requirements of their intended destination.
• Passports must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of departure.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond the control of Happy Journey Travel and Tours LLC, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, and other unforeseen charges.
• In accordance with immigration regulations, passengers are responsible for holding a valid passport throughout their journey and obtaining any required visas before travel.
• Happy Journey Travel and Tours LLC shall not be held responsible if a passenger is denied travel, entry, boarding, or immigration clearance due to passport, visa, or documentation issues.
• In such cases, the applicable cancellation charges and booking policies will apply in accordance with the confirmed booking terms and conditions.
