• The seaplane transfer provider allows a maximum baggage allowance of 20 kg for check-in luggage and 5 kg for hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged at USD 5 per kg.
• Seaplane transfers operate only during daylight hours (07:00 AM – 04:30 PM). Guests arriving in Malé on international flights landing after 03:30 PM will be required to arrange overnight accommodation in Malé at their own expense. Transfers to the resort will be provided the following day.
• Departure transfers from the resort to Velana International Airport are scheduled between 06:00 AM and 04:00 PM and are arranged to connect with international flights departing from 09:00 AM onwards.
• Guests with international flights departing before 09:00 AM must leave the resort one day prior to departure to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
• Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the passport and visa requirements of the destination country.
• Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
• Due to circumstances beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government regulations, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Passengers must ensure they hold a valid passport in accordance with the immigration requirements of the destination country.
• If a visa is required, passengers must obtain the necessary visa prior to travel.
• Happy Journey Travel and Tours LLC shall not be held responsible if a passenger is unable to travel due to passport or visa-related issues. In such cases, the applicable cancellation policy will apply as per the booking terms and conditions.
