● Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
● Before 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
● 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
● Less than 29 days before departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
● Please note that in the event of a flight cancellation, a credit will be offered. However, if the client chooses to cancel the booking, the cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

● Passports should be valid at least 6 months beyond the period of stay.
● It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
● Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
● Check-in at the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & check-out is always 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
