• The seaplane transfer provider allows a luggage allowance of 20 kg for checked baggage and 5 kg for hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged at USD 5.00 per kg.
• Seaplane transfers operate only during daylight hours (07:00 AM – 04:30 PM). Guests arriving in Male on an international flight after 03:30 PM will be required to arrange overnight accommodation in Male at their own expense and will be transferred to the resort the following day.
• Departure transfers from the resort to Velana International Airport are scheduled between 06:00 AM and 04:00 PM, connecting with international flights departing from 09:00 AM onwards.
• Guests with international flights departing Male before 09:00 AM will be required to leave the resort one day prior to departure to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
• Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the passport and visa requirements of their destination country.
• Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
• Due to circumstances beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government regulations, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• If a visa is required, passengers must arrange the appropriate visa prior to travel.
• Happy Journey Travel and Tours LLC shall not be held responsible if a passenger is unable to travel due to passport or visa-related issues. In such cases, the applicable cancellation policy and booking terms will apply.
