● Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
● 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is non-refundable
● 44 and 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the holiday cost
● Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
● Please note that in the event of a flight cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered. However, if the client chooses to cancel the booking, the cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

● Passports should be valid at least 6 months beyond the period of stay.
● It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
● Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
● Check-in at the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & check-out is always 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

● There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
● In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
● You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.

● Original Passport with a validity of 6 months (must have 2 blank pages), valid Residence Visa, EID copies.

● NOC letter with Salary from company/Sponsor
● 6 months bank statement in original with bank stamped; sufficient funds (Should not be 1 week old during submission day). Please note, cash deposits and other transfers (except salary) are not acceptable.

● Copy of the old visas/travel history for any country (if any)
● Marriage certificate / Birth Certificate (for dependent)
● Tenancy contract in English
● Any other proof of income or savings
● Company Trade License for Self-Employed Visa Charges: AED 725 per person (06 months validity)
● All Applicants must visit VFS on the appointment date for biometric and Passport submission.
● Visa application may take up to 15-20 Working days for stamping.
● Additional services are also available at an extra cost to process the visa under priority (07 working days) or super priority (02 working days)
